The Adidas Boston model has long been a very popular shoe among many runners, widely used for fast sessions and competitions all the way up to marathons.

Some in the fan base have dropped the load as the upgrades have adjusted the shoe more and more, and this tenth version really has nothing in common with good old Boston, apart from the typical Adidas fit.
This is rather a brand new shoe model, more inspired by the competition shoe Adizero Adios Pro 2.

The midsole consists of two different layers of the newly developed Lightstrike foam, where the lower layer primarily provides shock absorption, and the upper layer provides a quick response in the kick-off.
This response is amplified in a similar way as in the carbon fiber flagship Adios Pro 2 by means of so-called Energy Rods encapsulated in the shoe’s forefoot.
These rods – here made of a material with similar properties as carbon fiber – correspond to the five metatarsals of the foot.
The result is a shoe with a quick response to the surface combined with soft pliability in the forefoot.

Adidas Boston version 10

The patterned and grip-resistant outsole in Continental rubber has survived and works well on several types of surfaces in all kinds of weather.
We love Adidas for this outsole! The upper is sock-like and comfortable and consists of 50 percent recycled polyester.
Version 10 of Boston has a significantly higher sole platform than its predecessors and therefore gets a more mass training shoe feel than before.
For security reasons, Adidas has therefore chosen to keep the lighter ninth version in the range.

This is a very good shoe for short and long runs. That be 5k or marathon, this shoe will suit you good.
