The new model Under Armour Hovr Mega 2 Clone from Under Armour has an exciting and innovative top material.
Through a special weave structure, the material maintains the same thickness even when stretched. This means that the upper constantly adapts to the movements of the foot and provides a softly enclosing and at the same time supportive fit.
In this way, the foot is held securely in place against the cushioning sole platform in all phases of the step winding.
The Mega 2 Clone is also – just like other running shoes from Under Armor – equipped with an encapsulated data chip in the left shoe.
Together with the UA MapMyRun app, this enables the registration and analysis of a variety of data: distance, speed, stride length, stride frequency, and more.
The midsole consists of a plastic layer called UA Hovr, surrounded by a mesh structure that will increase the material’s energy return.
Solid surface-mounted heel support in hard plastic ensures the shoe’s lateral stability without putting pressure on the Achilles tendon.
The outsole consists of two different rubber components to provide an optimal balance between durability and secure attachment.
